HSE Goals

1. Health and Safety Management

1.1. Workplace Safety Culture

• Risk Assessment & Management: We will conduct regular risk assessments across all our operations, from transport logistics to IT infrastructure, to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks. Each department must create a safety plan for its activities.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Employees in our oil and gas units will have mandatory PPE, such as helmets, gloves, and high-visibility clothing. IT professionals will adhere to ergonomic standards to prevent injury, such as repetitive strain.
• Training and Competence: All employees will receive appropriate HSE training tailored to their roles. This includes safety training for oil and gas personnel and cybersecurity awareness for IT staff.
• Incident Reporting and Investigation: All incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported immediately. We will conduct thorough investigations to prevent future occurrences.
